| Choices Coaching
for women experiencing dilemma-stress |
My approach to coaching:
As a personal coach I ask very specific questions so that my clients make discoveries about themselves. I always focus on finding a balance in my clients life.
During the first coaching session I help you to set a goal for yourself. During the rest of the coaching sessions I help you to find your own solutions. Since every person is unique I don’t have a standard approach. That’s the nice part of my job. I can clarify difficult dilemmas and I’m very creative in finding solutions for impediments.
Dita’s experience:
I met Sandra Ketterings by coincidence through a friend. I learned that she had started Choices Coaching, a coaching practice for women with dilemma-stress, she made me curious about it. Yes, I do have dilemma-stress, not in my working life but more in general. Because of that I have this feeling of stagnation, I worry that I don’t develop enough. That was for me the reason to get in touch with Sandra.
I have visited Choices Coaching a few times now and I’m very satisfied. I’m feeling very comfortable with Sandra, which makes talking a lot easier.
Sandra asks very clear questions and is always to the point. I find that very pleasant. She is good in listening and summarising which enables her to point out your own difficulties. She then helps you to discover your impediments and learns you how you can resolve them. This helps you a lot in getting more self esteem. Besides that I like the way you can set your own pace. I like her approach a lot. I have become much more relaxed about dilemma-stress and I’m glad I started this coaching.
